Could FF be Flash Flood or False Flag.
There were Flash Flood alerts in and around Philadelphia last night. The rain was pouring down for a long time and the alert was real and needed.

Could FF be Flash Flood or False Flag. FF is well defined through ALL Qdrops to mean False Flag. Q defined it so. Don’t go looking fo any other meaning when Q specifally defines one.
