Let us never forget the turning point in history, nor the daily diminishing numbers of WWII Veterans whom we should HONOR. And shame forever the lying Quislings who have since then, cashed in on the lives, loves and labors of these Brave Men and Women. Deo Vindice. And Blessings to the Memory of those who made this invasion-- on the Beach and thereafter- to rid the world of LEFTIST National Socialism and Stalinist Totalitarianism. God Bless the U.S.A.

If D Day happened today, we’re almost likely to lose. I’m sure the NYT and the MSM will leak our invasion plans to Germany..
Bump!
An interesting tidbit is Actor Richard Todd played a soldier who met Richard Todd, himself during the battle. He was one of those rare actors who was a hero in real life.
My grandfather turned 20 years old D-DAY plus four after having landed on Omaha Beach at the end of the first wave as a combat engineer. He was the most humble man I’ve ever known. When I was a boy he didn’t talk about the war often but when he did he always expressed survivor’s guilt with an expression of pain and sorrow on his face that is hard to describe. I miss him dearly.
Thanks, BUMP!
No one can question the bravery and sacrifice of allied troops at Normandy. But, looking at the European Parliament as they conduct their meetings, and knowing about their several hundred thousand per year per each compensation, and how socialist and communist they all are... .I regret that we made the sacrifice we did.
I hope Trump at some point puts them on notice that... .. “never again”.
My wife and I started taking ballroom dance lessons in the early 90’s. Our instructors were a husband and wife team. We took two 6-week group lessons from them, and were passed on to a group of professional dance instructors.
Through the years we would go to many ballroom dances with them. About 15 years after our lessons with them, Owen told me, “I went in with the first wave at Utah Beach.” We talked a lot that night about his experiences on D-Day and the following days. He said the worst experience he had was cutting the dead paratroopers down. He was wounded 3 times. I asked Owen if he ever went back to Normandy for the D-Day remembrances. He told me he never wanted to see France again.
A few years ago Owen passed away. At his funeral I noticed he was bald. I never knew him t h at he didn’t have a full head of hair. I asked his son if that was a recent occurrence. His son said he wore a hairpiece to cover his head wound from Normandy.
Owen and his wife, Wanda were dear friends. God keep them close.
Or you can listen to it
