The "Do Not Call" list is absolutely useless.
It is routinely ignored and the few "exceptions" are abused.
I actually did NOT vote for a candidate in today's primary because of his damned robo-calls and I made a point of letting him know.
His response was that he had no control over them.
My response...that if he had no control over a simple campaign tactic, then how does he expect to have control of the intricacies of his office?
He had no answer.
(Actually, I wouldn't have voted for him anyway, but it was fun to see him squirm.)
