I would like to say this has been a very difficult week, she said on The Talk during its first live episode Monday following a week of pre-taped episodes. A lot of people have been hurt by this. I will say Im proud of the show we made. This show has always been about diversity, love and inclusion. And its sad to see it end in this way. Im sad for the people who lost their jobs in the process. However, I do stand behind the decision ABC made.

Amen. I wanted to hit her in the mouth the first time the show aired.
Certainly the TV business is. And there’s nothing wrong with that. Just be honest.
It was a sitcom. A Rosanne reboot.
Of course she has to say these things so a network will hire her for something else.
So did I. Good writing will do that. Personally I don't filter my entertainment based on politics, I just wish they would shut up and act.
Darlene is the most unlikable character on the old show (never watched the new reboot)
Surprised she’s not a suicide victim yet.
“Darlene” will flop just like 24 Legacy.
I agree. I also don't think much about performers' politics or personalities.
Good. Well simply refer to this mixed bag as Sara Abeles.
It would be really funny for Roseanne to get a sitcom on Fox about a woman whose ingrate family abandoned her and moved to Hollywood.
Starring Dick Van Lesbian and his brother Jerry
I think its even more basic than that.
“The Talk” is an ABC show.
I wouldn’t expect her to speak up for Roseanne and against ABC on that show.
No use getting booted off 2 shows in a week.
SARAH WHO????
I would be interested to see. Perhaps there would be an audience swap and liberals would pick up the slack on it and the ratings will be fine. However, I have little interest in watching beyond seeing how they will write out Roseanne.
What really ticks me off, besides the new show being cancelled, is that every satellite channel that used to play re-runs of the old show, abruptly stopped airing them the same day of the tweet controversy (it was not controversial to me, I agreed with her).
No more old Roseanne episodes between 8 and 10 pm on The Laff Channel. Boo to the Nazis who erased Roseanne from the TV.
