Weinstein was/is a perv, and Disney isn’t any friend to conservatives, but the RICO statutes have been stretched way of bounds from the original intent. It’s like the money laundering laws. Withdrawing money from an ATM for anything borderline illegal that would normally be a local misdemeanor can be stretched into a Federal felony charge just because you use cash (ask Dem perv Eliot Spencer). We should all be concerned about this.

The come close to describing it as such, with companies hired by W to help him deal with accusers, but those companies are not named as defendants in the suit.
