Please Pray for My Husband (Post-op update at 189)

My husband Dave is in the hospital. Seems the area of his artificial hip has developed an infection, which today's aspiration biopsy revealed to be the result of Gram-positive bacteria. The plan now is for him to be transferred from our small town hospital to a large hospital in Baltimore, where he will receive IV antibiotics and undergo a replacement of the infected hardware.

Please pray for healing and comfort for him. He is a good and kind man who knows the Lord.

We pray in agreement for DAVE’s healing and are thankful He knows You as LORD & SAVIOR of his life.. May LIVING, the HOLY SPIRIT, flow through every cell of his body, cleansing him of infection and making him whole.

Protect DAVE as he undergoes surgery to replace the contaminated elements of his artificial hip. Thank You for the devotion and love BIGG RED shows him.

Just some advice...Baltimore/Hopkins is where the best health care in the world is practiced.Also,having had both my hips replaced (in Boston) I've been told that an infected implant is something to be avoided if possible but *is* fixable.
