US population 1939 (Wikipedia) 147,500,800 and 2018 327, 830,000 (US census).
So, basically the Fed workers have tripled and the US population has a little bit more than doubled. Even after the New Deal.
BTW, a little off topic but I didn’t realize that Bangladesh is more populated than Russia.
1. China 1,384,688,986 6. Pakistan 207,862,518
2. India 1,296,834,042 7. Nigeria 195,300,343
3. United States 329,256,465 8. Bangladesh 159,453,001
4. Indonesia 262,787,403 9. Russia 142,122,776
5. Brazil 208,846,892 10. Japan 126,168,156

The figure looks like natural attrition. Which appears these employees are going off to get their fat pensions and are not being replaced. Trump is telling the Department Managers..... manage.
Only a start. Their are whole redundant and useless government departments that should be shut down/cleaned out.
Correct size is ZERO.
Soak the rich... counties! Keep cutting until DC and its surrounding belt of the nation’s currently richest counties feel like they’re having a Great Depression again, then continue that for as long as FDR kept his going.
