I JUST TALKED TO POLICE WITHIN THE LAST HALF HOUR. THEY SAY THE GIRL ATTACKED BY THIS DOG IS IN STABLE CONDITION, WAS TAKEN TO CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL. THIS HAPPENED RIGHT BEFORE 3:00 THIS AFTERNOON IN THE CITY. POLICE TELL US THAT A 15-YEAR-OLD GIRL WAS VISITING A 17-YEAR-OLD FRIEND WHEN THE GIRL ARRIVED THE DOG SOMEHOW GOT OUT OF THE HOUSE AND ATTACKED THAT 15-YEAR-OLD GIRL. NOT LONG AFTER POLICE SAY A NEIGHBOR HEARD SCREAMS AS THAT DOG'S OWNER WAS YELLING TO TRY TO GET THE DOG OFF OF THE GIRL. THAT'S WHEN POLICE SAY A NEIGHBOR STEPPED OUT OF THE HOUSE AND SHOT THE DOG, KILLING THE DOG

This is the story I did not want to post a couple of days ago. Now, within three days, it happens again. And both in Pennsylvania. I believe that this story (below) is the reason that your story posting mentions “no one was arrested” so prominently. Also, in my opinion, the general public is becoming much less intimidated by the pit bull owners and apologists who attack the victims of the dog attacks, thereby adding emotional trauma to physical.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) —
Authorities say no charges will be filed after a 4-year-old boy was attacked by his family’s pit bull, and then the dog was shot and killed in Philadelphia’s Juniata Park neighborhood.
The incident happened before 3 p.m. Monday in the 4600 block of Shelbourne Street.
One young witness told Action News, “The dog was dragging the kid, most likely all over the backyard.”
Another witness, Adrian Rodriguez, said, “It looked like the child stopped moving - he couldn’t move or anything.”
Several others also witnessed the gruesome attack.
“A lot of men came and were screaming for help,” one said. “And they were hitting the dog, but he wouldn’t get off.”
“Once the dog let go of the child, he was happy,” said another. “His tail wagged, (then) a person came out and shot the dog.”
The dog died from its injuries.
The child suffered bites to his body and was taken to St. Christopher’s Hospital. He is listed in stable condition.
During the course of the investigation, the police took one man into custody.
As he was escorted from a house near where the attack happened, he told reporters he thought he saved the boy.
Tuesday morning, police told Action News no charges will be filed against him or anyone else in this case.
As for the young men who witnessed the attack, one of them told Action News they will never forget what they saw.
“I’m going to be scared of dogs for the rest of my life,” said one.
Pitbull....kill them all.
“Their insurance carrier should be equally concerned”
Maybe not, Pit Bull ownership must be declared when applying for Homeowners Ins, at least with my Insurer. If they fail to disclose this the Insurer has an out.

There is a way to fix this. Copy the text into Word. In Format, select change case, select sentence. Done. Newer versions of Word may be slightly different. It can be done in less than a minute. Like so:

So long as dogfighting is a viable (I didn’t say “legitimate”) sport pit bulls will continue to exist and be kept as “pets.”
I don't feel I'm being yelled at. It is just visually confusing.

Not generalized at all. I was very specific vis-a-vis Progressive feminists.
I had 2 jacks that were bad a$$ too. They would nip you if you kept messing with them. but they always gave a “ back off “ growl before things got out of hand. if you walked away you were fine. Pits ? not so much.
Is there a way to find out who the insurance carrier is for a particular home? They are buying the home, so they have to have insurance.
People next door to me have a year old un-neutered male pit. His head is the size of a basketball. Lots of kids riding bikes & playing outside, lots of walkers in the neighborhood. I fear that one day he is going to break his chain & something bad may happen to an innocent person.
