Public bathrooms, at least here in New York City, have generally been a disgusting mess for a very long time. And it doesn’t seem to matter much where they are. Whether they’re in a park, library, mall, hospital, museum, college, you’ll find pee on the floor and seat, crap sometimes on the seat and even floor and walls! More often than not the person before you didn’t bother to flush. It’s not only junkies and homeless making this mess.
