There’s a thread somewhere on FR (maybe up-thread, here) saying that a significant number of Rank & File Intelligence members (henceforth “R&FI”) have ASKED congress to subpoena them so they can spill the beans.
This may also have been covered in the recent EO declassifying certain documents?

I used to know some of those R&F people when my company had dealings with them. They are patriots and want to keep our Constitution safe.
