Anyone could post that notice by calling the paper. . . the grand parents lived there. Also, Hawaii was very easy to get a Birth Certificate for anyone born anywhere, yet no one can come up with a legitimate one for BHO. . . and the one's he's come up with are blatant forgeries made in photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.

The excuse of the Obambi camp is those were artifacts of the scanner they used to copy the original, but scanners cannot do such things as picking out pieces of the monolithic image they're scanning and select areas to rotate or scan at different resolutions, or putting in some areas in vector graphics and some in raster scan. That is just impossible to have come from a scanner.
It is also impossible (or highly unlikely) for a 1961 era typewriter to have kerned or micro adjusted spaced typeset like typing. . . or multiple typefaces on a standard form filled out. It really is a poorly done, amateurish attempt at a fraud. . . and hundreds of thousands of graphic artists saw it immediately.
