No, and for good reason. You may recall Q-drops and discussion about two months ago, maybe three, arial view of Capitol building, the layout is Owl-like. The inaug photo is looking at the same layout.
Someone pointed that out and I have to agree.
But I also think that owls are part of God’s creation. Those who are evil can pervert anything. I have a close friend who likes owls and there is absolutely nothing evil about him. So just as fire can be used for either good or bad purposes, so can owls.
