There are a few good puzzles in last night's collection. Good questions on the mechanics of sealed indictments, from GJ to the safe. GJ secrecy is enforced by penalty of law, but given the stakes, I would not expect secrecy to be "perfect."

Federal vs ....

That's a head scratcher for me. Military or state, and state isn't an option. Nuremberg Trial started with an indictment. Anybody who has read my output knows I have serious doubts military tribunals will be used against US citizens as this revolution plays out.

I figure the "LOOP" remark aims to connect Loop Capital to the group National Security Action. Maybe by overlap in directorship and membership. There are tons of similar cross-breeding relationships.

From the last Q-drop, I think Q+ is a reference to all of us. Not to a small Q-team. Q+ -> me and you.

A way for a person's will to persist a generation or two into his legacy and posterity.

Sadly, the best intentions cannot prevent things from going to hell once the assets are in someone else's hands. I suspect that a great number of the originators of some charitable orgs would, if given the chance, come back and royally kick some asses over what has been done as a result of their altruism (regrettably, others would take pleasure in the mayhem they inadvertently funded). Alas, "He who dies with the most toys wins just handed all his swag to somebody who will do damned well as they please with it."

I know a gentleman who was given a considerable inheritance contingent upon never leaving the Democrat Party. He has a set of somewhat cartoonish relatives who would happily haul him into litigation if he changed registration, therefore he follows the letter of the pertinent will and testament while not exactly following the spirit of the thing.

Yeah, corruption in setting up the Iran deal seems to be the immediate/instant focus for action. Going to be a difficult battle for the bad guys to win. The ethnic European people are fed up with immigration, so the leadership over there is ripe for being taken out, maybe even in messy ways.

"Bigger than people realize" is an understatement.

I got to thinking, what a miraculous confluence. Any other country with a leader like Trump, and this international revolution would not get off the ground. Military and economic might are essential.

Naturally! My thought was more along the lines of money follows money. It does all it can to protect itself, and this by occupying positions of political, industrial, and social power. Every institution is corrupted by money, and this should not surprise anybody.

I know you are not big on the military tribunal but it was mentioned a couple of months ago that there were a lot of military folks being recalled that were going to be used for them. It was noise at the time and I do not know what became of it.

RE Q+: I agreed that is the collective now.

RE Indictments: Seems to me they should be ready to unseal at least some of them at this point. Isn’t that part of the reason that Huber is there?

What is different this time is Trump has the not just the people of this country behind him but patriots across the globe backing his plays. The Iranian people are ready anyway.
French are another story.

I think once the world sees what happens in Iran the momentum will pick up in other countries. Of course the people in a lot of countries have not been red pilled about their governments just yet, some are.

I think it is organic, perfectly natural for foundations, regardless of how started, to degenerate into protecting the prevailing "money interest" status quo. In the modern world, this is the debt-money banking system, which is totally "to the left" if viewed through a political lens - but is in fact politically agnostic. The goal is world domination by a few million elites.

It would be shocking to find a foundation that aimed to topple this structure. FWIW, "foundations" are legal creatures similar to trusts and endowments. A way for a person's will to persist a generation or two into his legacy and posterity. Interesting question ... does the politics control the money, or does the money control the politics? Either way, the people are just manipulated tools.

For many reasons too. Superficially, they look like a good end-around procedural aspects of due process, and they get around DEM-populated "OJ juries." But "going there" first has to get over the substantial hurdle of the civilian courts letting go. Lincoln "got away with it" while war was under way, but lost ex parte Merriman in civilian court. Same in modern times with accused terrorists.

Using the military to try citizens in peacetime is crossing the Rubicon. Not saying won't happen, but not only are the legal hurdles substantial, the larger social ramifications are also substantial.

Most of the "sealed indictments" predate Sessions assigning Huber to bird-dog with Horowitz. Scare quotes, because I doubt all those sealed papers are indictments. I predict the Horowitz/Huber front will result in fewer than 50 defendants. This will still be a big deal, but it isn't "thousands of perps."
