Btw, after further review, frame by frame, it does appear possible she discharged more than one. Lack of audio makes it difficult to say for sure, except on close inspection, it appears possible.

I don’t believe that’s when it occurred. Going frame by frame, it appears she initially fired at least 2 rounds, not one. I don’t believe she fired again once the suspect dropped the gun and was on the ground, even though the suspect was close to it.

Still reviewing. At 0:25 right after the initial shot, it appears she fired again, just as the suspects is in the process of falling to the ground.

The distance in question, and the reason she kicked the gun away, was so small that he could have easily attacked her, grabbed her arm, or stabbed her with a concealed knife, is the distance between him and his fallen gun.

When the cover car moved, she moved toward the suspect and appears to motion with her gun for him to roll over on his stomach which he complied, as she walked up and kicked the weapon away. It’s at 0:25 when it appears she fired #2 as the suspect is falling due to the 1st round in the 10 ring.

She shot him at closer range the first time, she could have easily shot him again with the right tactics. He could have done everything you imagine while she had her back to him,off balance, trying to pick up the gun. (watch the video)

The second shot is clearly visible when the car backs up.
Notice the recoil that flips up the barrel. It is the same motion that you can see in the first shot.
