The second shot is clearly visible when the car backs up.
Notice the recoil that flips up the barrel. It is the same motion that you can see in the first shot.

In addition at 0:26 as the suspect hits the ground, he's looking and pointing his gun straight at her while clutching his chest. I could not determine if he fired. If so, he obviously missed.☺

Btw, did anyone see how fast the, >witness< in the red cover car sped off? Red car almost hits her while pulling away, as she bends over to pick up the suspects gun, witness in red car then just hauls azz..
