DAYTON, OH, -(Ammoland.com)- MKS Supply, LLC, exclusive marketer for American-made Hi-Point Firearms and Inland Manufacturing, values the customers that it proudly serves and the God-given freedoms that they enjoy. Because the right to keep and bear arms was recognized by our founding fathers to be a fundamental right, they ensured its protection under the Second Amendment.
Just as we show our commitment to our customers by standing behind our products, we believe it is equally important to show our commitment to our customers by standing behind their Second Amendment rights.
In recent months, Dicks Sporting Goods and its subsidiary, Field and Stream retail stores (unrelated to Field & Stream Magazine), have shown themselves, in our opinion, to be no friend of Americans Second Amendment.

Well I must say I like that. Just the cost of doing business guys, nothing personal.
Very soon, all they will have to sell is Badmitten sets and Cornhole games.................
I think Dicks is happy just selling overpriced "sports wear" to suburban housewives. That seems to be what 60% of their floor space is devoted to.
Wow. When you lose Hi-Point, you may as well toss in the towel.
I think Dicks has been playing the Cornhole game and they’re losing.
60%? It’s more than that. In the Dick’s near me, outdoor sports is relegated to the back corner making you go through all the stick and ball nonsense to get to the real stuff.
I guess all my purchases will now be online. Cabela’s and Bass Pro are 40-50 miles away in either direction. Dick’s was the only choice in my county and the county north of me.
Hi Point +1000
Fk em!Gander Outdoors is awesome!
Nearest one is 500 miles away
I just called MKS to tell them thanks and to let them know that my next gun purchase will be a Hi-Point. Linda offered to send me some collateral on the company, their products and price sheets...I took her up on the offer.
Marcus Lemonis: If youre OK with what Trump said, dont shop at my business.
OK, I won’t. Lemonis owns Gander Outdoors.

A friend of the family works at a Field and Stream and said they’re having yuge problems with an inventory glut at his store.
SPEAK MY LANGUAGE
(Marcus Lemonis: If youre OK with what Trump said, dont shop at my business.)
He later changed/edited his statement and while it would have been better if he hadn’t made the first statement, at least he admitted is mistake.

I’m proud to be a Hi-Point 9MM carbine owner even more now:-)
Sorry.
Man, you have that correct. I live in Manhattan, KS and am watching (and anticipating) the slow demise of Dick’s with the opening of an Academy just 1/2 mile away. Academy has been open for @ 1 year and it is slowly bleeding Dick’s out.
Personally, I am thinking that the Dick’s in Manhattan will be gone by year’s end.
