Facebook has been extremely slow today. No other websites or apps are slow.
Anyone else experiencing anything similar?

Yes, it has been slow for me too. Like all the rest of these wise guys, I’d love to drop FB as well. But my business sort of requires me to have a social media presence. I do as little as possible and keep up with my adult children and their lives.
