THREE men have been rushed to hospital after a suspected acid attack in East London this morning.
Police were called to Kingsland High Street in Dalston just after 5am this morning after the men sustained injuries.
The victims, aged 17, 22 and 27 were hit with a noxious substance according to police.
No arrests have been made yet in connection with the incident.
There has been an alarming rise in the number of acid attacks taking place in the UK in recent years, with London seeing a particular alarming spike.
The UK has one of the highest rates of acid attacks per capita in the world, according to Acid Survivors Trust International (ASTI).
ASTI's figures reveal the number of recorded attacks have more than doubled from 2012, with 228 recorded attacks, to the 601 crimes committed in 2016.
Last year saw more than 400 incidents reported in the six months to April 2017 alone.
22-year-old Sophie Hall was left with burns to her face, back, shoulder and arm last year when Arthur Collins threw acid at clubbers a year ago at a Dalston nightclub.
The estate agent was celebrating a friends birthday when Collins launched his attack, injuring 22 people at Mangle nightclub.
Trump’s fault.
The muslim mayor has band knives they already ban guns; only banning muslims will make a difference.
Why are Muzzies allowed in any western country? They are obnoxious killers.
Pray this doesn’t get going in the US.
Also I would be pretty certain that none of the perps were migrants. At best they would be children or grandchildren of migrants. That's been the case for all of the attacks in the UK
Hmmm... I wonder if this could have anything to do with disaffected moozlums?
But dont hate on those Muslims for acting like extremists. Only whites and Christians deserve derision for much, much less than this.
Unfortunately “acid attacks” have been adopted by the natives. Those wily Brits having their culture enriched!
