Did Navy Lt. Kerry violate The UCMJ?
By Steve Gilbert

Summary:

“What is clear from the record is that Kerry lied or otherwise misrepresented his continued service in the Naval Reserves so as to give the impression that he was not affiliated in any way with the U.S. military when he engaged in his radical protest activities. The truth is that Kerry was still in the military when he protested against his own brothers in arms. This raises the additional concern that Kerry’s antiwar activities may well have been in direct violation of the obligations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which prohibit him from making adverse charges against his chain of command or statements against his country, especially in time of war.”

And.

http://www.wnd.com/2004/11/27300/

“There is overwhelming evidence that the Navy gave John Kerry either a dishonorable discharge or an undesirable discharge – which is the equivalent of a dishonorable discharge without the felony conviction – and that, as a result of such discharge, he was stripped of all of his famous but questionable Navy awards and medals. And the kicker? The evidence is on his website!”

“Kerry’s oh-so-clever handlers evidently depended on the ignorance of the public and the press about military records when they posted his 1978 “Honorable Discharge from the Reserves” on his site as part of a carefully selected partial release of his Navy records (the Navy says it is still withholding about 100 records). However, one diligent researcher, Thomas Lipscomb, saw through the scam and exposed it in a New York Sun story on Oct. 13. Predictably, the major media has shunned the story.”

The link to the Website with his service record is no longer operative.

Interesting thing about Kerry’s military career. All reports show it started in 1966.
But I had found a document where Kerry had a signed a Security Clearance form (from the USN) dated 10/29/65.
Maybe it was when he first tried to enlist but wanted a 1 year deferment to study overseas and was denied.

at one time, I had all of Kerry’s military documents.(to include one with his SS# somebody forgot to redact) Darned if I can find them now.

The swifties discussion forums are still open - info might be found there.
