Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who is now on President Trump’s legal team, told CBS News correspondent Paula Reid Monday that special counsel Robert Mueller’s office has rejected proposals to allow Mr. Trump to answer questions from investigators in writing.

The president’s legal team has signaled that this would be their preferred format for a possible interview, since it helps protect Mr. Trump from the possibility of lying or misleading investigators, which is a criminal offense.

Trump should not respond to Mueller by testifying, and he has been denied answering questions in writing. I think Trump should answer Mueller's questions using interpretive dance.

PDJT should agree to an interview, with the following stipulation- wherein his attorney answers every question from Mueller first, and then PDJT, repeats the attorney’s answer verbatim, every single time. No deviations whatsoever.

EX:

Mueller- As President elect, did you have contact with any government officials from Russia, using electronic communications?

PDJT’s attorney- At no time as President elect, did I have contact with any Russian officials, using electronic communications, or for that matter, any other known, or unknown forms of communication.

After a brief pause, PDJT responds.

PDJT- At no time as President elect, did I have contact with any Russian officials, using electronic communications, or for that matter, any other known, or unknown forms of communication.

The entire interview should be conducted this way, or no interview.
