Sebastian Gorka just told Lou that since POTUS cannot be subpoenaed, he should just say—that's it, it's over. He also said that Lurch, Comey, Clapper, etc. should all be stripped of security clearances. I hope POTUS was watching.

I hope he is aware of all the accurate options as well. I think they can subpoena him, the debate seems to be whether it would be upheld if POTUS fights it, I believe.

Why do they still have clearance? If they no longer work in their position, so they still get briefings of current classified information. I used to work in that world as a civilian. When you left your job, you got read off the program and your clearance became dormant pending transfer to your new job. If you left the classified world all together, your clearance remained active for up to 5 years so it could be reinstated. BUT ALL DURING THAT DORMANT TIME, YOU WERE NOT EXPOSED TO ANY CLASSIFIED MATERIAL - PERIOD!!! Why are they treated any differently.
