While this report only encompasses a sampling of twenty-two (22) counties across the U.S., it is strongly suggested, based on the evidence provided, that a mandated countrywide investigation begin under the recommended US50-EIC guidelines as set forth in Section VII of the final report. Looks like the NSA took the brunt of Collier’s hit. Collier had put the intel community on a 10 point reporting plan. I haven’t been able to find out if the requirements were satisfied. It’s not mentioned on the FISC court Public Documents.
It’s definitely not light reading.

The scope of swamp depredation is staggering. Not all the pieces are necessarily tied together or coordinated or conspired by the bad actors. Most of them just do what comes natural, overlook bad deeds by their fellow travelers.

While they remain in their current positions, I will wait. If they were impeding POTUS in achieving his promises to us (citizens) then they would be gone, as was past practice. We have also seen that POTUS suffers some in position as a means to an end.

Maybe, for now, POTUS needs them to keep up their façade of jurisprudence for better reasons.

Okay, we need to step back and think this thing through.
The thing that strikes me is that:
1). Bob Mueller had a talk with our President before he became the Special Prosecutor.
2). Rod Rosenstein answers directly to AG Sessions.

I cannot help but think that these two major players are in some manner helping drain the swamp. This would be true even if they have been outed and turned. If not, then that means everything we are waiting for is a ruse against us and not the black hats.

Everything that has been said in Q drop # 1318 is real and can be documented. The ruse then must be aimed at the black hats. Therefore, I am of the opinion that Mueller and Rosenstein are working in conjunction with the wishes of the President. That is until I am proven wrong.

Note, I did not call them white hats.
