But true to form, Nobama hyped it up and allowed it to become an overblown conspiracy theory designed to mess with conservatives. Much the same way he jerked us around with his various phony birth certificate lies.

If hitlery had won the election, and all of the abuse of power that occurred, i.e. brennen, clapper, comey, lynch, mccabe, obama do you really think that would bother them, martial law, cancelling elections...wiping out conservatives would be a piece of cake with the lap dog media “not reporting” any abuse of power.

The illegals would be flooding in and government would be free to reign...I pray to God that this country is never dumb enough to elect someone like hitlery or obama ever again.

Martial law would not be "declared" under President Mrs Bill nor would electioins be cancelled. Martial Law would be imposed piecemeal and gradually and would be bureaucratically run rule with federal police backup and small military units. The professional uniformed Military is always distrusted and feared by leftists of all degrees and nomenclature. The USSR had two separate armies, one of them to check coup possibilities of each other as well as having commissars in every unit with the authority to shoot troops and commanders at all levels. And in the end, the military did betray the Communists.
Iran keeps its normal Military half in the closet and as backup in case of actual invasion. All its internal and external warfare and suppression is carried out by quasi military thugs. It is thus with all left, moslem and other totalist ideologies.

Elections are necessary in totalist societies to "legitimize" the regimes internally and to other countries. Elections in such states are absolutely controlled and outcomes preordained but the elections must be held.

What is really frustrating is the ignorance displayed whenever some leftie (still) says: “The government would NEVER do that” and “no one is going to take your guns”.

Makes me sick that people don’t learn from history, especially when “We the People” type of government threatens to morph into a banana republic “cult of personality” dictatorship.

Anyone who has any illusions about where Obama stands with relation to America, need look no further than his youthful associations with the far Left, followed by 20 years sitting in the pews of a Church where the pastor openly damns America. He was not our friend; he never identified with our people; he never respected our heritage, values or aspirations.

I pray to God that this country never places that kind of power in the hands of the left again for a long time.

Personally, I would like to see the AG/DOJ eviscerate the obama/brennan/clapper/rice/lynch/holder/comey/mccabe legacy to the point that Americans will never trust electing a progressive president ever again.

I pray God that President Trump and the handful of decent, patriotic American Congressmen/women keep fighting and keep winning to expose how corrupt the obama administration was and to what extent that they were willing to go and break the law to further their cause.
