Book written by Tom Clancy involves nuclear bomb intended to go off outside a football stadium in Colorado while pro game with VicePresident and one other cabinet member are in attendance. Bomb turns out to be a fizzle due to makers killing their bomb maker before he takes the final step of installing an exciter material to increase yield and make into Hydrogen weapon. Purpose was to trick US and Russia to go to war by making US think the bomb was a Russian Attack. Movie version moves attack to Baltimore, drops fizzle subplot. Bomb Uranium in both is from US source.
- Continuing Clancy book and movie analogy in Q drop #1306, Q strongly implies the Uranium being used to clandestinely continue their nuclear bomb research, likely in Northern Syria at a now destroyed facility, was deliberately sourced by Obama and HRC Ethan al al through the Uranium 1 scandal in which 20% of US uranium was sold to Russia.
