Really. Think about it. A former Marine who was taught Russian by the military goes to Russia, marries the daughter of a prominent general and returns to the US where he is a public, vocal advocate for Communism. Is there ANYBODY who believes our Intel was not behind most, if not every bit, of this? In the late 50s early 60s?

You may actually want to reconsider. Did you know that during WWII the Mob so controlled the docks on the East Coast the government had to basically form an alliance with the Mob to supply the war effort? Did you know that even the famous J Edgar had to go along with it? This assistance bought the Mob years of “looking the other way” after the war. Did you know that JFK and RFK were trying to end that cozy relationship? Not saying either was killed by the Mob but the Mob sure did benefit. Did you know that mob money built Las Vegas with the Teamster’s Union Pension Fund? Think about it, Las Vegas didn’t really boom until the late 60s.
Not saying Oswald wasn’t involved and not saying the CIA didn’t hate JFK over Bay of Pigs and the last speech he gave. Why does there have to be one person or group involved? Seems to me when the Mob AND the CIA want you dead you have a real problem.
Oswald was one of a dozen or so agents who volunteered to go to the Soviet Union and spy on them at that time.
Oswald was recruited while in Japan, was taught Russian, and was ordered to turn over the U2 secrets to the Russians to establish his bona fides to the Russian.
The CIA wanted the U2 shot down to undermine Eisenhower’s peace talks with the Russians....
In those days, as today, the “deep state” had its own agenda.

Whatever. There is not and has never been any credible evidence (as opposed to conjecture) of any conspiracy. All of the actual evidence points to Oswald. If there had been some kind of conspiracy the number of people who would have had to been involved in the coverup alone makes the idea laughable. Someone would have talked or left a note in safe deposit box to be opened on their death. All of this conspiracy idiocy was started by a bunch of lefties who just couldn’t bring themselves to believe that their hero got whacked by one of their own.
There was a time as recent as just two years ago what you posted was considered “tin foil hat”. Unfortunately what we have learned in recent months has forced us all to realize that we way underestimated the amount of tinfoil we actually need.

I have often wondered why Oswald, a Marine deserter and open Communist, was readmitted into the United States, married to a woman whose father was a colonel in the KGB. Why would Oswald have been admitted into the USSR, then released by that government? Can stupidity explain more plausibly than conspiracy can? There were certainly stupid people in the bureaucracy in 1962, when Oswald returned.
Funny how nobody cares to have any conspiracy theories about Reagan’s attempted assassination.
I would not attribute it to stupidity. Oswald was clearly “glow in the dark”. IIRC he even admitted that the reason he came back to the US is the Soviets didn’t trust him and wouldn’t let him do anything or get anywhere near anything real. He was banished to some dingy apartment in the Uranus far away from everything where he was going out of his mind from boredom. So he came “home” where the other glow in the darks didn’t trust him and he was banished to dingy apartments where he was also bored out of his mind. While I don’t usually ascribe to tinfoil hat theories it would not surprise me to learn he was also a subject in some twisted glow in the dark LSD/MKUltra project. It is a sad day when we realize those with the tinfoil hats have been right about so much. It turns out we just didn’t realize just how much tinfoil is required.
