I hated socialized medicine before this story broke ... I downright loathe it now. If the Italians think they *might* have a therapy, the kid should be there already. However, the big problem is that the UK’s socialized medicine would fear that other peasants would demand similar treatment ... it’s all about her majesty’s money in the end.

I cannot comprehend the motives of the Left in this murder of a child. It’s not about saving money - sending him to a Vatican hospital would be cheaper than fighting to kill him. It’s not about mercy - death by suffocation or by starvation is not gentle.
I don’t think decent people are capable of understanding the minds of those who want to see this toddler die on demand. Whether or not we understand though, their fixation on control over the death of an innocent tells us everything we need to know about our adversaries. This is yet another reminder that we are facing pure evil.
