How does NYC double down on stupid so much and still stave off a correction? When it comes, oooh boy.
Philly tickets legally parked cars from out of state on weekends. They know the ticket will be paid anyway because of the cost to fight it.

There's a bus line that makes a stop near a subway station on my commute -- right in front of a traffic light. Several mornings a week I find myself stuck behind a bus that is parked literally 2 feet in front of a green light. It's infuriating.
You deliver during off-peak hours.
Fining and towing anyone stopping in a travel lane to load or unload passengers AT ANY TIME should be the next step.
I am so tied of having to dodge taxis dive bombing the curb right in front of an intersection.
We weren’t going to go to court over it. Technically, we were definitely in the wrong. The positive is that we didn’t have to go to the Bronx to pick up the car. It was confined near the Lincoln Tunnel. There was a long line of suckers there.

So if a private firm is hired to fix a street and they shut down a major intersection at the peak of rush hour (instead of say, midnight), that is OK b/c it is “capital at work?”
Bottom line: I, as a fellow driver, owe you/(him) nothing to make HIS capital. For all you know I am on my way to an important meeting to make MY capital.

#28 I had 4 buses today in front of me on Topanga blvd on my way to the 101 freeway. Normal is 2. There are 2 bus stops and they back up traffic every day at the wrong time for me as I need to be in the right lane to get to the on ramp.
Once they pick up passengers they swerve into the next lane.
How special for the disabled! They can just walk a few blocks 
Of course as usual I bet all the asshole dicklomats that infest New York and just toss tickets in the trash and whose dicklomat plates make them untowable will be highly inconvenienced.
