The TV show Person of Interest was very good though the series end was a little weak.
In one episode, Finch played the role of a computer instructor at a high school. He spoke to a wayward student, who was bored but quite the genius. He developed a brilliant and revolutionary data compression technique that played a vital role later in the series.
During their conversation, Finch attempted to explain infinity. He said if you searched long enough through the digits of pi, you would eventually find your phone number. As a matter in fact, search long enough and you would find all phone numbers.
BTW, in reference to a previous post, 22/7 does not equal pi. 22/7 is an approximation to pi. There is no equal to pi, just like there's no crying in baseball!

Well that’s interesting. Did you know that in Non-Euclidean Geometry, parallel lines meet @ infinity? I’ve never been able to wrap my mind around that.
