Former Starbucks manager Holly Hylton, who called the cops and got two law abiding Black men arrested inside the coffee shop, is being called out by a former employee who says that Hyltons a controlling racist who targeted and demoted Black employees, reports the Daily Mail.
Ieshaa Cash says last year Hylton was hired on as a manager at the 18th and Spruce Starbucks in Philadelphia and employees warned her that her new boss was controlling, aggressive, and emotional. That Starbucks location is under fire because that is where two Black men were arrested while sitting and waiting for a friend.

Gee, Ieshaa Cash, the former and disgruntled employee, wouldn't have an axe to grind with her ex-manager would she? I'm sure she was a perfect employee who was run out of her job for no good reason whatsoever.

I’m not seeing “racist” in there. Just sayin’.

Come in, sit down, do not purchase anything and ask to use the restroom. When informed that the restroom is for customers only you sit back down, without purchasing anything, and then refuse to leave when asked.
Sounds racists to me.

Arent all bosses like this?
All bosses for low paying jobs are. It’s because they are not that well paid either. The good ones move higher up the ranks.

Yeah sure..just like the witnesses in Ferguson MO saw Michael Brown with his hands up while the white cop gunned him down.

Starbucks is not a public library where you walk in and have meetings with buying a product .

Regardless of whether the manager was or was not racially biased, this incident has been blown up out of any semblance of proportion.
On any given day, hundreds of thousands of blacks dine in restaurants without incident, police are called in hundreds of cases each day to remove people from businesses for loitering, drunkenness, shoplifting, fighting, or some other form of disruptive or criminal behavior; and many of those people so removed are white.
What was in fact a common but atypical occurrence has been transformed by the media and SJW activists into a narrative about the state of race relations. The atypical is being characterized as the norm. In a sane world, this "story" wouldn't even have made the local news, much less the national news.

Iessa a stoopit messa.

This is an awful thing to write so bear with me. I have worked in a food service establishment with a group of Black employees. One on one they were good workers. Get them together though and trust me “lazy sods” just does not cover it. The irony? I was the one who urged my boss to hire more Black workers. Why? Because up till then all of the Blacks I had dealings were with hardworking men and women of my own age. I had no inkling of the nocount nature of the younger generation.
So my take is the manager probably had to be a “stone cold by the book, do it now or else” girl or she’d have been doing it all herself.

controlling, aggressive, and emotional.
Those are the words placed in quotes, whereas the phrase "controlling RACIST" - not in quotes - appears in the headline. If it is true that employees were fired or "demoted" because they were black, where is the evidence? Did anyone file a complaint? If so, if these racial complaints were common and were reported, why would a liberal company like Starbuck's retain the "racist" employee?
Sorry, but I think "Ieshaa" is making this up. I think she was probably a crappy employee who was fired for cause.

I hope someone just like Sgt. Emil Foley is Iessa's next boss (and the boss after that, and the boss after that, and the boss after that, etc.)

Same thing I experienced in the military ('60s). Alone they were good people - more than two together and attitudes really got bad.
