Not a lot of catastrophic engine failures at cruising speed/altitude.

Not a lot of catastrophic engine failures at cruising speed/altitude. Not a lot period in any phase of flight for the airlines not caused by FOD or birds. 2 similar in last 2 years for SW. First was determined metal fatigue so inspections ordered for those engines of a certain number of cycles.
