Barcelona-based YouTuber faces up to two years in prison over a video in which he fed Oreos filled with toothpaste to a homeless man and joked that it would help him with a long-overdue clean.
Kanghua Ren - known as ReSet to his more than a million subscribers - filmed himself filling the biscuits with toothpaste and replacing them in their packaging before feeding five of them to the homeless man in January last year.
As the 52-year-old man - named by authorities as Gheorge L. - ate the cookies, ReSet jibed: Maybe Ive gone a bit far, but look at the positive side: this will help him clean his teeth. I think he hasnt cleaned them since he became poor."

What the hell is wrong with people like this? Cat crap sandwiches for kids? For a few clicks from strangers?
A homeless person is already bad enough off, without adding further humiliation.
Someday, somewhere, this piece of sh*t will meet up with someone who kick the living crap out him, and it will truly be karma. And I hope someone else is filming the beatdown for YouTube.
He gave him tainted cookies. He didn’t force the man to eat them. Still wrong but the title’s inaccurate.
I think the crime was depriving him of the frosting center.
"And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me." — Matthew 25:40
I am furious beyond words at this story.
Why are there so many jerkoffs in this world, that would do something like this for laughs... And even worse, how many others thought it was funny as well.
Just f*cking sick...
Perhaps he should be given a Sh!t sandwich to eat.
We now live in a world of YouTube e-celebs and “Instagram celebrities” who’ll do absolutely anything for attention. This is what Generation Z is ditching television for, people such as Logan Paul.
He should go to jail, what a disgusting thing to do. Toothpaste is not meant to be ingested in large quantities as most people know.
I’d settle for watching his ass get kicked and HIM being tossed around and humiliated.
You just do NOT f*ck with people when they are already down and out. That is just lower than SCUM.
What Brand of Toothpaste?
“..watching his ass get kicked...”
Hell, I’d PAY to see it.
Even be glad to help out doing it.
That much fluoride intake should be reported to the Poison agency listed on the toothpaste. No, you didn’t know that tooth paste should not be ingest? The homeless guy was being poisoned.
You’re right about that but the title’s still inaccurate.
Anyway, the last couple years, I've taken my bag of cookies and on the way to Grand Central will hand the boxes out to the homeless people I see on the street because if I take them home, I'll probably give in to temptation and eat them myself. Probably not the most nutritious way to feed the homeless but they are getting the cookies in unopened boxes - pristine and untampered with.
Still though, I wish the mayor of NYC would take them off the street like Guiliani used to do. They really stink up the streets of New York. Cops are always walking around offering to take them to shelters but they never want to go on their own. They are mostly mentally ill people who in an earlier era, would have been institutionalized.
I would never harm or harrass a homeless person or give them tampered with food however. That just isn't right.
The frosting center is the best part, but is it even food?
It has a greasy, oily quality reminiscent of the greasyness of Sunny Delight, which I’m pretty sure it’s a petroleum byproduct akin to mineral oil.
I hear that. Our 11-year-old girl loves this insanely annoying woman named Liza Koosy (something like that) whose whole shtick seems to just be really annoying. Of course that gets parroted to us, which makes it even worse.
