Criminal referral against HRC, Comey, Lynch! (Is that like charges?)

Not charges because only the DOJ can do that. But it is a credible allegation of potentially criminal conduct. A bit of a public relations move, but a serious one. These people, and half the public, believe crimes were committed, and they lay out WHY, in legal terms.

Someone at Justice would have to file the charges. It’s just a referral, up to Sessions or Rosy what to do, depending on what it’s about.
