An ad running on state TV which encourages Iranian citizens to conserve water shows a man sitting in a chair in the middle of a desert with the slogan, “Drought is closer than you think”.
A United Nations report last year noted, “Water shortages are acute; agricultural livelihoods no longer sufficient. With few other options, many people have left, choosing uncertain futures as migrants in search of work.”
Reminds me of California’s “water crisis”.

I am recalling that some of the Globalists desire “mega” cities, and shifting of populations out of rural areas into the cities.
Throughout history man has always dependent upon water. Water was so important in ancient Egypt that the Phaeroh had to be able to perform publicly with the queen to ensure the Nile would flood to ensure the civilization would not die from starvation. This is why ancient (and it seems new age) peoples were so tied to fertility gods and goddesses as well as fertility rites, pagan rituals, etc.
Whoever controls the water controls the ability to grow sustenance and to survive in general. The west flourishes over the rest of the world because of the abundance of potable water (high quality H2O) compared to even the other 1st world countries.
Water is directly related to quality of life, sustenance of life, population size, control of disease, abundance of industry, etc.
If the DS can through nefarious means either directly or by corruption control water and water quality around the planet they believe they can control the size of the world’s population as well as the roll they will play in the DS utopia of the future.

This battle must be seen as one of breaking an automobile windshield, the rock strikes the glass yet instead of the window shattering into pieces and falling out, it shatters into a spider web while trying to maintain its (evil) integrity through the glue of its inner seal. Once this seal is broken the window can quickly be removed in short order.
