I am recalling that some of the Globalists desire “mega” cities, and shifting of populations out of rural areas into the cities.
Agenda 21.
I have wondered if the water thing in my state is Agenda 21.
They talk about things like environmental issues, sustainablility and whatnot but it’s really about getting people centralized to urban locations because they are easier to control if concentrated into a smaller location.
Those people are all about control.
It’s more evil from the U.N.

That Waters of the United States obscenity failed. Agenda 21-Agenda 30 requires our rural areas almost devoid of people because wildlife needs protection. What it’s really about is control of resources like water, minerals, etc.
Get rid of the people so no one can see how they steal, rape the land and pillage resources.
