From ConservativeTreehouse (caps mine):

However, more importantly, note the fact the interview was recorded and transcribed…. because that leads to the more glaring point missing from the actual IG report. There is no accompanying addendum containing the transcript or the recording. Why not?

Answer: Because the transcript and recording of the interview(s) with McCabe are now evidence for a CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Sundance might be right about that, but he jumps to conclusions often. The report has enough info, but by no means all or even many of the intervidew transcripts. Why not? because it would make the report too long and damned awkward.

The evidence is what it is. Public or not is not going to kill a criminal prosecution. For example, McCabe is already tained, and can argue that an impartial jury can;t be found. That argument exists, period, just by dint of the report, and later by dint of the indictment.

I haven’t had time to read the entire McCabe report.

But I hear that McCabe lied under oath.

Where did this occur? Grand jury?
