I haven’t had time to read the entire McCabe report.
But I hear that McCabe lied under oath.
Where did this occur? Grand jury?
He lied under oath on July28, 2017. It was audio-recorded and under oath.
Lies:
1. said he was not aware of special counsel being authorized to speak to reporters around Oct 30
2. said he did not know where SC was or what she was doing.
I have to say that those lies sound somewhat trivial when there is no context, but if I understand correctly, they go back to the whole leaking and campaign sabotage issues.
