Very recent reports include the fact that the full truth about Comey, who RR recommended be fired, have yet to come out.
Believe that is old (but not touched by MSM) news, Oct 2016. Rumored to be the reason Comey mentioned Hillary investigation was reopened, he said that to stall the NYPD.
Do you get the feeling that everyone and everything has made a big complete circle? The White Hats need to step inside the circle and start shooting. /something to that visual.
My understanding of how Five Eyes works is this:
It is technically illegal (or at least it used to be, laws passed since 9/11 may have changed that or maybe the lawless DS is just ignoring the law) for the US government to spy on citizens. But to get around that, they allow foreign governments to spy on US citizens. Then if they need “dirt” on anyone in the US (i.e., if HRC, 0vomit needs dirt on an enemy or a political opponent), they just ask the UK or Australia or whomever for that info. Our deep state returns the favor by providing requested info on foreign citizens to the equivalent deep state in those countries.
All nice and neat and “technically” we are not spying on our own citizens. I have the feeling that over the past 17 years (maybe more) things have gotten more overt and we are now harvesting everything worldwide. I have no proof, but would be willing to bet on it. If there is any remaining “technical” loophole, it would be that supposedly no one looks at or listens to the harvested data until a need arises.
So basically they have all your phone calls, emails, texts, Alexa requests, everything they can get their hands on. They obviously can’t listen to or read every single thing every one of us says or writes. But they can create AI programs that sift through the data and look for things of interest, written or spoken. They can winnow out terrorist threats - a good thing. Or they can winnow out any non-PC attitudes and track those who have them.
All this “unmasking” nonsense is just that: nonsense. They make a BIG SHOW of saying that hey, even if we have “inadvertently” collect information on someone in an “incidental” manner, we have legal “protections” in place so that we don’t violate that person’s privacy.
Anyone who has ever peeked in their sister’s diary or listened in on a party line or extension phone or eavesdropped on a conversation knows that human nature is going to lead people with low/zero morals to violate privacy at the drop of a hat.
Do you really believe that if your neighbor or brother-in-law had access to data about your income or something similar that they would not check it out if they knew they wouldn’t be caught? I think that many of us here are honorable and would not, but most of us know PLENTY of people who would not hesitate.
Small example: When celebrity sex tapes get released on the internet, millions of people look. Now imagine that the data (not necessarily a sex tape, but any “interesting” data) is about someone you know personally. Are you going to look? Or about you and your worst enemy has access to it. Are they going to look?
