The FBI is investigating a $150,000 payment that the publisher of the National Enquirer made to a second woman who claims she had an affair with the president, according to a report Tuesday.
The agency executed a search warrant Monday targeting President Trump’s personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, that included a request for documents related to Cohen’s payment of $130,000 to stripper Stormy Daniels. The porn star has said she had an affair with Trump.
But the feds also want to know about a payment made by American Media Inc., which owns the Enquirer, to former Playboy model Karen McDougal, sources told the New York Times. AMI’s chief executive is a personal friend of Trump’s, the paper said without identifying the person.
McDougal claims that she had a nearly yearlong affair with Trump in 2006.
The FBI also is seeking documents related to Cohen’s ownership of “numerous” New York City taxi medallions, CNN said...

Trump needs to come out hard today and go hard alpha. Issue a full pardon to Cohen and Flynn. Announce that the Mueller investigation concludes on the last day of April and no excuses will be accepted.
Say on that date Mueller must present all his evidence. Announce that if he refuses, that Session’s, Rosenstein, and Mueller will be fired.
This would allow him to deflect BS claims that he is interfering. It gives them a couple of weeks to make their case if they have one. If they have a case of collusion, time to make it.
It’s for all the marbles anyway, go big.

I saw that new movie “Death of Stalin” the other day. Very worth watching. The history isn’t perfect, it does some things like compress events that took 6 months into a few days. But it absolutely captures that behind the scenes machinations that happened as the power structure scrambled for power.
I couldn’t help but think of our CIA and FBI and the Clinton and Bush families as they have engaged in the American version of sedition. Less murderous by far, but couched in legalisms.
The question of “can it happen here” is moot. It IS happening here.
No, they aren’t. They don’t care about Stormy. They don’t care about Russia. The only thing they care about is finding anything that can be twisted to take down Trump.
So now the New York Post is an agent of Fake news? There may be reasons for the FBI investigating Michael Cohen that have nothing to do with President Trump. This investigation was approved by an Assistant US Attorney for the New York Southern District who happens to be a Trump Appointee.
Let this play out. The American people are smart enough to see what is going on.

A couple of serious questions. (1) WHO at the FBI Approved this witch hunt? (2) Where is the internal email traffic that discusses this and what does it say about Mueller? (3) Why are they interested in the attorney's “taxi medallions” and how does that have anything to do with strippers or port stars?
I hope that DOC IG Horowitz starts another investigation of internal FBI activities and the Sessions realizes this has nothing to do with recusing himself from a Russian investigation.
Stormy Daniels better be running afraid. FBI officials are going to come into one of her PHOTO sessions and want to see the documents... or are they wanting to see something else.., ACLU...where are you?
