You have to admit, Trump stole a lot of her thunder.

She has had lots of concerns about her kids over the last many years. I don’t blame her for foregoing any position on Trump’s team, but she did endorse him when he needed it.

I am surprised that nobody has mentioned Sarah Carter yet.

I think her ‘time’ has passed.

'time' for what, exactly?

I have no idea what you are talking about. More details and/or source info might be helpful.

Now, now, don't go trying to suppress the PDS sufferers and their echo chamber, dude!

Funny you should post a thread about Sarah Palin.

I watched her interview with Levin last night and thought more highly of her than I had thought in a long time. I believe she followed what Levin seems to want - a very serious tone. Even Levin is not the bombastic, ranting person he is on his radio show (at least the little I’ve heard of him).

The latter talks given by Sarah that I heard had her sounding somewhat incoherent at times, always cracking jokes and using sarcasm. It was overdone and I regretted that she didn’t sound more serious and refined - I always think of Lady Thatcher.

Last night I actually admired her again. She sounded mature, her comments were well thought out and intelligent. She not only sounded older and wiser, but she wasn’t dressed too young for her age. She was dignified and beautiful. I thought she was very good.

She's known Trump a long time, he probably noted how she galvanized conservatives when she went out on tour and used that to great advantage.

She ran the gauntlet first, it's too bad her husband got hurt in that snowmobile race, or they would have campaigned together. What a treat that would have been to watch.

Trump was the “second mouse”.

As in the saying, “The early bird gets the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.” Sarah deserves credit for paving the way.

Yep. There is not much need for the input she was giving us back in the day. We won and she is in Alaska. She doesn’t seem to have the Washington insider killer instinct/motivation that people like Hillary have. Frankly, I consider it a good thing.

I met her and talked privately with her for about 40 minutes when she was in Seattle a few years ago. I was very impressed with her mind and personality. That said, she almost seemed too “real” for Washington - unless we find ourselves needing someone like her at the forefront again.

Yep.

It would be fun to see Trump appoint her to some position in the future. Watching the reaction of the left would be more fun than anything we've seen yet.

I thought that interview was simply great, Sarah called the Dems/Repubs the “Uniparty” a term that first appeared here on F.R. about four years ago.
