If US isn't involved, then the only likely alternatives are Israel and France. Israel has struck T4 before, so a more plausible candidate.

US attacked T4 airbase because it protects Deir Ezzor from ISIS, which is attacking right now. It doesn’t matter if they had French or Israeli henchmen do it.

Why attack a base Syria is using against ISIS which is attacking Deir Ezzor? Why is the US building a military base in the oilfields near Deir Ezzor?
