Not sure. I seem to recall something about Corning Glass being bad. NOT SURE ABOUT THAT, so I don’t want to smear them if this is a memory glitch. At any rate, CG is the only thing that jumps to mind in upstate NY.
Corning is just on the other side of the PA border.
