The sat was GPS spoofing our ships. Took a couple tungsten rods to the brainpan and down it came.

I was considering that a falling satellite, reported to possibly hitting a population center, would be GREAT cover for an RfromG event.

Only, that the US would do it...

Maybe for damage to ships. Accidental collisions - guy on you tube had a bunch of Vids showing it wasn’t what we were told. IIRC, it involved some sort of shut down as in emp failure or Satellite interference with navigation.

China has also built fake Islands that are military bases, and then claimed them and has been trying to intimidate ships operating in international waters.
