A counselor at a private school in South Carolina has been arrest after she allegedly told authorities that she had an inappropriate sexual relationship with an underage student.
The relationship allegedly began in January, just five months after Prendergast started working at Spartanburg Day School, and ended several days before the relationship was reported to the police on March 25, investigators said.
Spartanburg Day School is a private, co-ed independent school for students in pre-K to 12th grades where tuition can run up to $19,230 per year. The school “immediately” fired Prendergast after the police told them about the illicit relationship.

Male teachers have no problem finding willing women who have graduated from high school. What’s surprising is how many of the female teachers are actually quite attractive.

I read nothing in the article that stated the gender of the student. It could have been a female student. And since it is not reported, I suspect as much.
Males are not welcome in teaching and have been decreasing since the 1970’s.
It has been reported elsewhere that it was a male student.

How many of these newly minted teachers come from snowflake schools where they are indoctrinated into the idea of “rape culture” and the evils of the dreaded white man? Are they satisfying their sexual urges while simultaneously protecting their fragile little psyche from scarey grown men by having sex with young males over which they hold power? Its plausible.
where were these cuties when I was a teenage boy ... going around horney all the time is no way to enhance a GPA.

It’s time to report the DEPARTMENTS of EDUCATION who are certifying all these abusive teachers. Clemson? USC?
She looks about 15 herself.
We know where she is on the hot scale - a 7 to a 9, depending on your personal taste. As for crazy, this woman could easily have found an adult man to meet whatever needs or standards she has in mind. Instead, she chose a child, despite the risk of ruining her life. That gives her a solid 10 on the crazy scale.
I don’t think that’s the same person, is it? The forehead looks totally different. They could be sisters. Maybe there was some photoshop going on in the non-jail photo.
Why not wait until the kid’s 18?
