The key question should be. Who's running Palantir. Good guys or bad guys. There are obviously two "plans" running concurrently. The Deepies at least 16 year plan and Q's plan.

Doug Philippone leads the global defense program for Palantir Technologies. Prior to Palantir, Doug deployed to Afghanistan, Iraq and Pakistan for a total of 6 deployments from 2003-2007.
