Meh - so where are they now? I remember as a kid going to a music festival in Seattle where there were bands like Smashing Pumpkins and Alice in Chains and heck ....what does a kid know?
And Keith Richards doesnt get enough credit for his harmony singing on Wild Horses.
That reminds me, one of my favorite bands from the early 90s, “The Sundays” (and the fantastic Harriet Wheeler), covered it. But here is the song, that I really liked from them....

When I saw the topic, the first name that popped into my head was Badfinger.
Lucky! My Iowa husband introduced me to their music.
Hotel! Marc Phillips! Yes!
Along those lines: Revolver. One of the best Southern party bands ever.

Jon Astley of “Jane’s Getting Serious” fame.
Do many people know what the “Spandau ballet” actually was? It’s gruesome.
Spandau Ballet - “Gold”
Hayseed Dixie.
Pain. Such a great song.
They did win a Grammy this year. But they probably couldnt sell out a medium sized venue.
I like them, but they get very little airplay.
Our kid was at the concert with his friends. We didn’t tell him we bought tickets. We were in the balcony. Before the concert, we saw him directly below the balcony on the main floor. I texted him “look up.”
Then I shot a picture when he saw us looking down at him. We’re such bad parents.
you are as brilliant and incisive as myself
Little Feat
Used to see Crack the Sky play at Hammerjacks in Balto. Exceptional band, in a crappy venue, that should have, but never, made it big.
Sleeper
All original rock music 3 piece band with a sax player. South Florida
