One of the student survivors of the Parkland, Fla., mass shooting is calling for people to target Fox News host Laura Ingraham's advertisers after she posted a critical tweet about him being rejected from colleges. Ingraham had tweeted a Daily Wire story earlier Wednesday about Parkland student David Hogg not getting into four colleges he had applied to.

Has something changed? It has always been 4.0 as the highest, as far as I know, but then I haven't been in school for decades.
Haven’t heard a peep from any of his “friends”, teachers, or anyone who knows him. Can’t even confirm he is an actual student there. Who is he...Barak Obama?
A 4.2 GPA is above a 4.0, so it's outside of the normal range for unweighted GPAs. If you have a 4.2, your school uses weighted GPAs, meaning they take class difficulty into account when calculating GPA. A 4.2 indicates that you are earning Bs and B+s in high level classes or As and A+s in mid level classes. This is a very good GPA, and it should give you a strong chance of admission at most colleges.
Now my question is, how does one discern if the 4.2 is B-B+, or A-A+?

Might also want to add The Drudge Report’s many advertisers, since the Post’s story is linked to today’s homepage.

there are many schools that would/do accept students with even lower GPA’s. Obviously there is more to the story than what we read.
He’s publicizing it in a blatant attempt to get someone to feel sorry for him and offer him a scholarship or free tuition money.
Could be his race for all I know.
