If it were true, it would have to be on the Court Docket. Don’t know exactly how that works here. I use the link at the AG for MO. to review what happens in my State.
If this was a Federal Case, there might be a way to check it out @ DOJ website.
I also think if it were true the 8chan guys would have picked it up or someone would have tweeted about it.
It would be really hard to keep that under the radar.
Willing to admit I could be wrong, we seem to have gone through the looking glass and entered the twilight zone.
