Temperatures still on the cold and windy side. I have been looking at all the plants and places where seeds have been sown. The bunching onions seeds are starting to sprout. One rose bush is doing well but all the dampness is causing black spot already so will have to remedy that this weekend. Sadly, two of the mini-rose bushes have died. Most likely age but bad weather is not being ruled out.
I lost all my mini roses last year. Same deal might have been cold or age. I remember reading somewhere that cold weather kill more often than not was due to a lack of adequate watering prior to winter.
