Ross Gerber is a fund manager at Gerber Kawasaki. According to their webpage, they have over $650 Million in assets under management. Given Gerber's recent comments on social media, one must wonder if he has any Trump supporters as clients.
In a now-deleted Tweet, Ross Gerber Tweeted from the official, verified @GerberKawasaki account:
"If you are hosting or attending the Trump fundraiser in LA we will identify who you are to the media and public. We will boycott your business'."
Mr. Gerber of course has every First Amendment right to dox and boycott people. However, as a fund manager, he owes certain fiduciary duties to his clients. Do any of his clients support Trump, and if so, should he disclose this hatred he has for Trump supporters to these clients?
It's fair to ask whether Gerber's bias against Trump supporters influences the advice he gives to his Trump-supporting clients.

He has absolutely no right to dox people. I dont care what this nation reporter thinks.
He needs to be fired, immediately.
“Must be involved in child trafficking, you know, those yelling the loudest.”
I’m not saying that he is involved in child trafficking, but given the pattern of traffickers, if he was, I wouldn’t be surprised.
Does this guy hate Trump because the economy is so good he might make too much money?
“He has absolutely no right to dox people. I dont care what this nation reporter thinks.”
Agree - how would they like it if people published the schools their kids go to and their schedules?
(not that I know any of this, but even if I did, I would never publish it)
Correction: Call this “little Dick” —— he is after all a
an Oriental! :>)
Maybe he has a BLT problem, like that skater.
For some, all roads lead to the genitals.
Funny. Liberals can say WHATEVER they want with little or no consequence and conservatives at the LEAST lose their jobs. Wow.
Trump needs to mobilize HIS IRS...just like Obozo did...why not...no consequences
Drink and drugs and hormones may be ruling Gerber the Gerbil, which is not unheard of among some of these high stakes marketeers.
Obama's guy, Koskinen, still runs the IRS.
The type of un-American ass-hat Gerber is apparent on their company website.
They believe in green energy ,green healthcare. immigration ( illegal I gather) does not invest in oil, military, guns,
industrials etc. He’s not so pure. His company is quota driven per sales.
He’s a poor man’s George Soros promising to stand behind anyone who will block Trump’s motorcade. This guy let’s others do his dirty work.
Robert Mueller told me Gerber likes to molest children.
He’s trying to mobilize people to physically block POTUS Trump’s motorcade, which is illegal. Ofc, with Libtard CA politicians the police and prosecutors will be afraid/unwilling to enforce the laws against scumbags. How many of the #Resistance lawbreakers ever got prosecuted for their inauguration riots, etc.?
I think he needs to change jobs. The one he’s got is ruining his personality. Carrying all that kindness and care for the environment, clean energy and those humble travelers, he is a BAD fit.
1. A Person willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly followed or harassed another person. Penal Code §646.9(e) defines harassed as a "knowing and willful course of conduct directed at a specific person that seriously alarms, annoys, torments, or terrorizes the person, and that serves no legitimate purpose. This course of conduct must be such as would cause a reasonable person to suffer substantial emotional distress and must actually cause substantial emotional distress." Course of conduct is defined as a "pattern of conduct composed of a series of acts over a period of time, however short, evidencing a continuity of purpose." Constitutionally protected activity is not included within the meaning of course of conduct. Repeatedly is defined as "on more than one occasion."
2.That person following or harassing made a credible threat. Penal Code §646.9(g) has redefined the term credible threat to encompass not only a verbal or written threat, including that performed through the use of an electronic communication device (i.e. fax, e-mail, pagers, etc.), but also "a threat implied by a pattern of conduct or a combination of verbal, written, or electronically communicated statements and conduct made with the intent to place the person that is the target of the threat in reasonable fear for his or her safety or the safety of his or her immediate family and made with the apparent ability to carry out the threat so as to cause the person who is the target of the threat to reasonably fear for his or her safety or the safety of his or her immediate family." Their threat does not need to be direct. The credible threat made by the stalker must be against the personal safety of the victim or the victim's immediate family. The current test of credible threat is: 1) whether or not a reasonable person would fear for his or her safety, or the safety of his or her immediate family; 2) did the victim believe the suspect would carry out the threat, and 3) did this threat actually cause substantial emotional distress to the victim.
Naturally the shylock Gerber will not be personally involved.
It’s a free country... he can say what he wants to say... and we can boycott his business too.
He’s free to speak his mind and boycott businesses.
He is NOT free to dox people.
