I have owned these three simple B&W laser printers. Samsung, HP, Brother. Brother is the best. The Samsung and HP are gone.

Yup.
Brother is the best.
I had an HP and the ink cartridges jammed so much, I ended up spending probably 500 bux on them - finally gave up and sent that fool to the dump.
My Brother has NEVER jammed - a couple times I had to use the re-align function, but that’s it! And it prints CD’s or pictures.

I got a Brother B&W a couple of years ago for our small office.
It does it's job beautifully.
Best printer we have ever had.
